Restrictions icono.svg

Note the following restrictions for your pet's travel with Aeromexico Cargo:

  • Pets (dogs and cats) will only be accepted for transportation on Aeromexico Cargo routes.
  • Extreme temperatures imply a risk for brachycephalic pets because they have a scull structure with characteristics that hinder breathing, increasing the risk of suffering respiratory failure during air transportation. To protect animal well-being, Aeromexico Cargo has established restrictions on the shipment of brachycephalic pets (dogs and cats) on Aeromexico flights.
  • Brachycephalic dogs and cats include the following:

TEMPERATURE RANGES FOR SAFE HANDLING OF LIVE ANIMALS

If the forecast temperature in one or more cities does not meet the Aeromexico Cargo guidelines, contact us for help rebooking your shipment.
